AND PAY IN FULL by May 31

To register online:

1. Fill in the registration form.
2. Print a copy of the form for your records.
3. Click on the 'Continue' button to send the application to Kinship.
4. Click on 'Pay Now' to submit an online payment of at least 50% of the cost calculated on your registration form.
5. The remaining 50% of the registration fee must be paid by June 12.

If you are requesting a Kampmeeting Scholarship
you must complete and submit a scholarship application.

To register by postal mail:

1. Fill in the registration form (or print and fill in by hand).
   
2. Click on the 'Print' button to print the completed form (or print and fill in by hand).
   
3. If paying by credit card, make sure to sign the form.
   If paying by check, make sure to include your personal check.
   
4. Put in an envelope addressed to:

   Tillamook, Oregon 97141-0069
   
5. Add postage and mail.
